Return Policies

Made to order items and custom decorated items: Because these types of items were made specifically for you we can't simply put them back in stock to sell to someone else when they are returned.  For this reason please contact Customer Care if you are not happy with your order and we will work with you, per the terms of our [SATISFACTION GUARANTEE] to fix, replace, or refund your order.

Standard, non-decorated items: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please email us at joe@hillocksports.com within 15 days of receiving your order and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return, and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.  The items being returned must be unused and in new condition.

Shipping charges for standard, non-decorated products being returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
